Beautiful, but arrived broken!
Amazon is the worst at shipping breakables! This is not the first time we received broken items due to poor packaging. There was insufficient insulation and one of the mugs was broken upon arrival. Amazon, please train your shipping department how to properly pack breakables!4 stars for the product itself. Took off a star for the faded colors. Looks like the mugs were sitting in direct sunlight and faded.
