Superfoods for Life: Cacao

I don’t know yet too soon but when I see or feel better I’ll let you know. I do like the taste and it doesn’t give me reflex like chocolate does. So time will tell.

Interesting, lots of ideas in how to use Cacao.

This is an informative book about the health benefits of cooking with 'cacao', heart health,boosting brain power, decreasing the stress hormones and chronic fatigue.It has 75 recipes, sweet and savoury. Unfortunately not many of the recipes are to my taste and some of the ingredients are a bit obscure and not everyday storecupboard.

Great book, very interested in getting cacao into my diet. Informative and useful.
