I liked the section that explains a bunch of concepts to help me understand why I handle the recipes the way you should.

The recipes were good. But the book smells musty/ mildew odor. I’m guessing it wasn’t new, but I didn’t realize I was purchasing a used book. I hate that smell

I checked this book out of the library, and just had to have my own copy. So far, I've only made the first Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe, and it was absolutely wonderful, and quite easy to put together. My son-in-law even said the cookies were good enough to sell.One thing I really like is that most of the ingredients are readily available, not strange esoteric things like in some other cookbooks. I intend to try as many of them as I can.

This book is a beauty….soooo many tempting photos. Makes me want to try ALL the recipes.I have along way to go but so far so good.I heard about it when Anna and Kristina gave it a 2 thumbs up on their Grocery Bag show. They are tough critics!!!If you are a chocolate lover, you can't go wrong adding this book to your collection.

This is my go to book for all treats now. Every recipe I made so far has not only turned out but had everyone asking for the recipe. I am getting this for a few family members for Christmas. Easy to follow directions, great tips and nicely laid out. A must buy for any chocolate lover!

I have tried 4 recipes so far and they all came out perfect, I would definitely recommend this book
