A good product. Sometimes issue in recognisation. Not aware, the issue in Alexa or the switch connectivity. Appearance is good. Otherwise a good product.

The smart switch failed immediately after connecting the switch to the fan circuit which i wanted to control. I suspect there was some internal shorting in the switch which lead it to heat up and resulted in smoke and the outer plastic also melted. It could be that this particular switch had a manufacturing defect which caused its failure. Maybe others would not. However, i got a full refund promptly for which i am thankful to the vendor and Amazon.

Installation was a breeze. The responses are real time and occasional glitches due to Alexa's connectivity. The app works wonderfully with no later at all.

It has integrated well for my electrical fixture.

Connected to the fan. The device was totally burnt. Haven't used this more than 5 days.
