I am extremely pleased with my purchase. These sleeves are exactly what I wanted and needed. After having carpal tunnel surgery and trigger thumb (an excruciatingly painful condition where your thumb locks in place) surgery, now several years later I am still having issues with weakness, soreness, and pain in my wrists and thumbs. These sleeves provide great support and helps alleviate my pain. The size guide was spot on for me. My wrists measure right at 6 1/2 inches. I considered getting a small because I have small hands, I'm 4'9" so my extremities are small, but I got the medium like the size guide indicated and they fit great. There's just the right amount of compression and support, the fabric is breathable, and the design is just what I was looking for. It's not bulky but very sleek, I didn't want velcro, and they stretch far enough up my arms to support my entire problem areas. I at work for hours a day, I exercise using my wrists a lot doing palates and yoga, and I perform other tasks that are tedious and strenuous on my wrists and thumbs. The support from these sleeves have been tremendously helpful. I wear them all day long. Searching Amazon for just the right product can be tiresome and it's hard deciding exactly what to get but I made the right decision getting these. I do highly recommend these.

I recently bought these because when putting pressure on my wrists they began to hurt. My wrist measures 6.2” so I ordered a small to be safe. There is good wrist support and the tightness I would like around the wrist but it’s too tight around my hand. The thumb hole for me was a little too tight and rubbed and irritated. If I wear for short periods of time this greatly helps the wrist pain but is too uncomfortable to wear for long periods more than an hour. I may order the medium and see how they fit around the wrist. I like the compression around the wrist it’s just too tight across the palm of my hand and rubs above the thumb too much. I wore them while skiing and they truly did help so my wrists were not so sore at the end of the day so props for that. For me I would say this size is okay for short term but I feel a larger size would be good for longer time periods.

They are comfortable. Good fit and compression for me. I bought another pair to keep in my bag. I also slept with it on all night without a problem. I use them for arthritis and carpal tunnel.

I’m on the fence about these. I have some wrist pain from too much pandemic office work and a hobby of playing video games. I first bought the pink in medium based on measurement but found they were a bit uncomfortable especially toward the forearm as I’m a bit bigger sized - though it was comfortable on the wrist and hand. I also noticed in this set that the elastic strings were detaching from the thumb area and pulling out. I thought this was maybe from being stretched or being a little rough pulling it on or off.So I decided to buy the large size (black this time as the pink showed regular daily grime too much). The fit was very comfortable - slightly loose across the palm but otherwise comfortable and a nice level of mild support. The thumb area fits nice too on the bigger size. It does seem to help some with repetitive wrist discomfort but I wouldn’t say it does anything amazing.My two biggest issues are 1) the type of fabric it is causes little “nubbies” (or fabric pilling…however you want to say it) to form, especially across the palm which has the most friction in daily life. It’s just makes it look not so nice. And 2) even though the size is appropriate and I take it on and off carefully I’ve still had the inner electric strings pull loose from the thumb area.So overall not a terrible product but not perfect either. I think the benefit for wrist pain is going to be different for every person and dependent on what the issue is with the wrist and what they do daily.

These are well made and easy to use. After my hit and run car accident while biking, I needed something to use when my pains started acting up again. Sure, I have a plastic/foam fancy velcro arm/wrist cast, but when out and about, I needed a support that wasn't so obnoxious. These wrist supports work great and have noticed an improvement. Only use on left wrist though - that's what took most of the weight from the fall. Highly recommend.

These give my wrists the support I need and reduce pain but don’t rub or dig in.

I bought these in hopes of using them while practicing yoga after developing some chronic wrist pain -- the feeling of having my wrist "hugged" is nice but after a while, it gets tights and sore on where my thumb/palm meet the sleeve... I can't wear these for longer than an hour, then I have to remove it.I ended up buying a classic carpal tunnel brace for $20 with velcro and it is much better for me.So in short, I feel like I spent too much money on this and would not recommend.plus side is that the blue colour is fun.
