Automatic Pasta Maker
This works well, I love the automatic over the hand crank, Because it's easier! I get to use two hands to stretch and form the pasta, this helps me with quality of the product. There is no clamping it down to the table so I think setup and take down is easier. I feel like a pro- pasta maker when I am working the dough. This machine has helped me improve my technique and dough. I don't have to sweat it, to make extra its just easy. Here is an example, we got a whole bunch of wild chanterelle mushrooms from a friend recently. I made a double batch so I then gifted them some of the fresh mushroom pasta. It worked out well because they were remodeling, and they were down a kitchen. Made me look like a hero.I use this at least weekly, the quality of our own fresh pasta is out of this world compared to anything. We use eggs from our own chickens, and flour and olive oil to our choice. It saves us money, in the long run.I don't really know how you could not be psyched to use this brilliant machine, in your gastronomic affairs. Bon Appetite.

Plugged in and had power but would not work.
Was so excited to receive this machine. Opened it up to find out the plug was German plug. I am in the States so I had to order a plug adapter so I could use it. Order the plug adapter and plugged it up. The machine had power but would not turn on. I called support and also emailed. Never heard from them. In the process of sending it back. Once I'm refunded my money, I will try to find another one.

Fantastic Pasta Machine
This is the way to make pasta. No need to mess around with clamping to counter. Just plug it in and you’re making pasta 3x faster than a hand crank. It’s so easy to make pasta solo although if you’re like me you will want others to share in the fun. I lightly floured the dough before each run through the machine. This pasta machine just has a quality feel to it: weight, stability, sound etc. We will be giving our hand crank unit to our son and using this electric machine weekly from now on. Do not hesitate to buy this pasta machine!

Yes it easily popped back on but i can't help but be ...
My aunt has this same machine so i bought one too. I didn't use it right away. when I opened the box months later a piece of metal was popped off. Yes it easily popped back on but i can't help but be afraid of it popping off again. The machine works great. It is a little slow but like the saying goes "Rome wasn't built in a day." So I just relax and let the machine do its thing. When I'm done making my Canolli shells our pasta I'm not tired from cranking a handle all day. Yes I recommend this machine.

Excellent! WOrth every penny
Wonderful! THis machine has been holding up to being used twice a week for a couple of months now...it is easy to use...and i just love it...why struggle with rolling dough? This isn't 1652! Now I whip up peirogie dough, and pasta dough very quickly and run it through the machine for beautiful sheets that are ready to use immediately...really has made my life so easy when it comes to making ravioli! LOVE IT!!!

Broken unit on delivery
When I received it, there were pieces that were broken off of the unit I finally figured out where everything went. The front panel was popped out of the tabs to hold it. One of the roller guides was also broken. they were absolutely no instructions on how to use it. Just a few pictures in the very front page explaining what all the parts were. We attempted to try and use it anyway, using one of the settings that did not have the broken roller guide, and that did not work out so well. The Dow was just rolling back on on itself in the roller wheel. It was extremely difficult to get all the dough cleaned out of the roller. Honestly, I think I just had a bad unit. I don’t want to discourage anyone else from giving it a try. This has just been my experience with the unit that I received

Invaluable purchase!
I give classes in pasta making and authentic Italian cooking, and I always begin by teaching how to hand-roll and hand-cut pasta, so my students can do it without any special equipment, but for the remainder of the dough, we use this machine for sheeting pasta (ravioli, tortellini, etc) and cutting chitarra and tagliatelle. It gets a regular workout, both in my classes and in my own kitchen. It's holding up like a champ, and it looks adorable on my counter. I have a very small kitchen, so only the most used appliances get that valuable counter real estate! The only criticism I have is that I wish the blue blade guards slid more easily. A tiny issue if ever there was one!
