I usually take a size 8 in pant size so I looked at the notes on fit and went to M. I have bought and rebought these, need enough to last the week. I have bought my twin sister some and she is loving them as well. One of my best friends is now wearing them too, who knew. The sewing comes apart in places after long use, around the legs just a bit, but you pull the string and carry on it doesn't seem to affect the wear.

This panty is the perfect fit. Comfortable. No more trying to keep panty liners in place. I love love love these. No more worries about leakage. Who ever created these is genius.

Yikes!! This cut around the legs is so super uncomfortable for me. Im larger through my hip and thighs so these almost cut straight across my leg. Strange fit for me.Then the pad is so large and the fit strange that the pad thingy isnt up against my body and it feels like a huge “pee” pad. Not what I was expecting. For me, Ill just keep with my New Balance cotton breathable panties and Poise pads. Disappointed.

These are comfortable and keep me dry. I have no control of my bladder so I still have to wear pads but these panties have made a big difference for me. They are not bulky so I can move freely when working out at the gym.

I liked the way these fit and how the absorbent part was made. They were just what I was looking for until the first wash. The pictures tell it all. I will admit I have not contacted seller about this to see if they will do something because I put these in my sewing basket and forgot about them. Certainly not worth the price if they are going to fall apart immediately.

These are very thick and not very comfortable , also runs a little small , It might work well for heavy incontinence but not for light .

I ordered the size I would normally wear and boy oh boy are they small ! I did like the idea of being able to wear these without the bulk. Too bad they are too small. I will return these and order a much bigger size since they might shrink in the wash.

Comfortable fit - but! Have tried many other makes, much cheaper. This is very expensive, so I bought thinking it MUST be good. It still let my wee through, and I wore thick night pads with it. Feel I've been ripped off. Can't return as worn once and machine washed. Don't be taken in by sales talk and price!

Initially thought these a good fit but they roll down over my plump belly and they are a little harsh in the gusset. But they do what they say and don't leak. Haven't reviewed washing them yet. I think they are expensive for what they are but not much else to choose from.

This product fits well and is as described. The fabric is good- feels like normal underwear. The absorbent area is a good size- possibly bigger than needed for someone with mild stress incontinence, but one of the alternatives;"Giggle knickers" does not have a full brief option available. Thickness of absorbent area is just right and they are discreet. I would recommend it for mild incontinence and will buy again

Returned them......diaperish!

Albeit an expensive item it has proved a very worthwhile purchase.
