Tastes Great
The dough did not rise. I read a review that pointed this out before I bought it, so I was prepared for that. The directions gave two different ways to prepare the dough. I chose the one that said to leave it covered in a bowl in a warm place for an hour. The dough ball was supposed to double in size. It did not change in size at all. Nevertheless, I rolled out the dough and used it for a pizza crust, and although it did not roll out nicely at all, the finished product tasted delicious. The pizza wasn't pretty, but it tasted good. I'm going to try the other preparation method next time (8-24 hours in the refrigerator). Overall, I was very happy with this product. Taste is way more important than looks when it comes to pizza crust!

Caveat Emptor
I provided a one star review, perhaps unfairly, because the bulk component of this is almond flour. The hope in purchasing a cauliflower product was based in cooking for someone with advanced kidney disease (they can not have potassium) and cauliflower is very low in potassium. Almond flour, however, is loaded with it. This is an item that can not be returned so I have effectively just thrown money into the wastebasket. It may work well for other purposes, I do not know and frankly I'm now not willing to find out - save the added expense and just get yourself almond flour.

Great Pizza Crusts
I used the baking mix to make two pizza’s. Very simple directions and easy to mix but my dough never rose as it was supposed to either time. There’s enough mix for two pizza’s and a little left over for something else. I rolled the dough out on parchment paper and crisped it up in the oven before I added the sauce and cheese. It stayed crisp and held up well even though it was thin. There was no unusual taste or smell. Tasted exactly like a pizza crust should. I did not try using it for any other purpose but it should work well.

Versatile
I waited to give my review. It’s a very versatile product. I just did not like the flavor. I used seasoning etc and I still didn’t like it. Also, carb count was still kind of high.

Love this Stuff!
Caulipower Paleo Baking Mix is so good. Actually, I haven't baked with it yet, but have used it as a breading for chicken tenders. When it cooks the aroma reminds me of the fried cauliflower appetizers I used to eat in restaurants. Since I don't eat those anymore, this is a really good substitute.

Good tasting flour
Good tasting flour. I made some biscuits out of the package sent to me. The taste and texture were good. I had trouble getting the biscuits to rise. This is probably due to the fact it's my first time around with this product. I intend to buy more of this product.
