Q: Will you please me which one is more lighter fair or light? i thought light is lighter than fair.

Q: I'm confused-I thought there would be color but mine is only a white cream. I even shook it up. I got the medium -did I get a bad tube?

The cream is only white when it exits the tube. It turns to its "skin" shade on application. You can test this by running a cotton pad over your face after application. You'll see the color on the pad.

definitely not for darker skin tones. it made me look ashy.

At times, if this very hydrating moisturizer is layered under or over another hydrating skincare product that has not fully absorbed into skin, it can cause the moisturizer to ball up or “pill”. To help avoid this, we recommend allowing the first product you apply in your skincare routine to fully dry and absorb into skin until it feels dry to the touch before layering on the next product.
