Wonderful Product -Many Options
Travel Pillow, Neck Stabilizer or Tech Gadget?I wasn’t sure about this product to start with. My husband saw it and thought it would work for me. I am pregnant and have been having problems with my neck and back. We were traveling to DC and thought this would be great for the plane. It is collapsible and folds to the size of a normal memory foam travel pillow. When we got it you could definitely see that it wasn’t a travel pillow. I still don’t know what it is. Its bendable and you can you can use it for so many different things in many different positions.PROSGreat neck supportComes in 3 colors: black, pink, orangeFoldable so perfect for traveling (planes, trains, cars etc)More than just a travel pillowExtremely light weightLarge neck cushion (”U’” shape) with memory foamStabilizes neckGreat for reading in bed (books, smartphone, tablets)Removable pad easy for cleaning and washingComes with a carrying bagCool looking and get a lot of people asking what it isCONSPrice – not your average travel pillow pricing but its not just a travel pillowPositions – so many positions that its hard to remember them allSafety – some of the positions I just wouldn’t use, seems like they could be a hazardInstructions – the instructional videos online are far better at showing you how to use it. Visit their website or search Google for iNeckFit.Not for everyone – I have bigger boobs so I tend to have to flex the bendable metal on the outside of my chest area.Size – while foldable when traveling on a plane you need to make sure you know what you are doing to open up and arrange in a tight area.Smelly – Mine smelled when I first got it but it went away after a few days.Honestly I am still learning all the positions and finding new uses for it. In fact it may have to many positions that it can be bent into. I’m actually having trouble still getting it to bend and fold back to some of the positions I like. My husband seems to have remembered them and make new ways.Back to my review. It has a nice padded neck and is great for reading in your bed, using on the plane, sitting on the couch and either propping up your smartphone or tablet. I used it at work in my chair for support as I sit at a desk for 8-9 hours a day and even used it as a pillow at my desk for a little nap (pregnant so I nap a little). The cost seemed a bit much at first and for a little while I saw other sellers selling the product for a little cheaper. They all seem to now have around the same price. My husband wanted to buy from the official dealer so we bought it from iNeckFit.The design is a great idea but honestly its not for everyone. I liked it but as I am only 5” feet tall I found I could bend it and get better use than my husband who is 6’4. He still could use it but adjustments needed to be made and the bendable metal helped him shape to fit his body type and size.We would surely buy this again but sadly I would have never found this product. Its not pillow and its more of a gadget. I think a lot of people with neck issues would greatly find use for it. Its in a category of its own but I think a lot of people will miss out on it.

Pictures in flight with my iNeckfit... no more sore necks for me!
I travel a lot with my job and spend more time on a plane than I would like. I had a conventional neck pillow and always try to get a window seat to support me when attempting in-flight slumber...but despite my best efforts my neck always gets cramped on flights. I was a little bit skeptical when I first saw the product, but a friend let me try theirs and the minute I tried it on I felt instant neck comfort. I immediately ordered one. I sleep like a baby on the flights now and honestly feel so refreshed when I awaken. This product works, is extremely comfortable and easy to tote around. I've actually found some additional positions shown on their website [...] that has come in super handy around the house as well. Also the product was shipped right away and it comes very neatly packaged. Worth every penny, great product and I HIGHLY recommend!!!See attached link [...]

I'm so glad I bought this
I'm in love. I am heavy, have short arms, and was not looking forward to the armrest battle on upcoming flights. Not only did it keep my head up, but also my arms. Though being short and heavy, the thickness at the back was a bit too much. AND I used it while sitting for hours during a layover. I even put my phone on there so I didn't have to hold it. Which is great if you have nerve damage in your hands. Plus it's very lightweight though bulky.

It seems like an option for people with neck and shoulder pain
I sent this back and rated it a 3 only because it just did not fit my neck. It seems like an option for people with neck and shoulder pain, but it's not fitted for everyone. I consider myself pretty average 5'4" 140lbs. Neck is not big and average neck height. But just could not get into a comfortable position. The company however was very helpful with the return and fully refunded me as soon as I had

Great idea, poor execution
This is great idea but turns out its terrible. After traveling 36 hours on multiple flights to another continent, this product failed the functional test for traveling on an airplane. It is awkward to use in the small space of an airline seat. After multiple times bending the product, the foam wrapper gets twisted, and ultimately the headrest portion doesn't sit right on the sticky pads which hold it to the frame. It is also really awkward to carry, as it is too bulky to fit in a small back pack, and too big to hang off of a backpack. Overall, it was fine when testing it out on couch, but didn't fit the need to be practical on a flight.

Very imaginative and very adjustable!
After I figure out how to properly fold it back into shape for the storage bag, I will be happier. I have found it useful in bed behind my back to support pillows as well as in the car to lean forward to nap on. It's very lightweight and should be very useful when I start traveling by plane again soon.

Not the Best for Travel
Works okay but is too cumbersome for carrying. As far as comfort, it depends on the contour of the seat that you are using it with. I bought it for an overseas trip but didn't use it that much.

bulky
My husband says it's kind of big and bulky. He has not actually used it yet. We'll see what he thinks after his next 24 hour flight.
