I have 5 miniature dolls houses I have made not from the above company all others are very good with instructions clear diagrams a lot of English words although they are in Chinese other makes are more helpfulpoor manufacture parts no not fit. dust proof advertised but not sentparts broken , missing parts and compensation poor valuenor recommended to others who would like o build a miniature dolls house any other make is very good
