Don't over do the treatment.
This stuff is powerful. Do not add this to your pond water it is ILLEGAL in the United States. If for some reason it is legal, add 1lb per acre of water, I do not care about the depth as long as it's over 5 feet deep. If you have water that is over an acre, only treat one acre! Do not ever add more than 1lb per treatment. Wait two weeks and treat the remaining acre with 1lb. Repeat for remaining acres. After treatment it takes 3-4 days to see results. Do not think it's not working and add another 1lb. You will absolutely kill everything in your pond. It is working. Filmentous algae and weeds melt away and within 7 days you will be free of them all. WAIT the additional week to treat remaining acreage because it's still killing weeds at the bottom of the pond that you can't see.

I bought this to get rid of weeds and moss on my 1.25 acre pond. I spread it by hand along the edge of half of it on day, one. Within two weeks, it had cleaned the water to near clear conditions. So I ordered another package to do the second half and it worked equally as good.I am so amazed at how well and easy it was to use this.I can't believe I wasn't using it all along. It killed all the weeds, and the grass isn't growing any more.The water is clear. And it did it so quickly.I will recommend this product to everybody who has a pond every time I see one.

We use this in our pond every year one time and it works great and works for the whole season. Very pleased and won’t use anything else.

Been using different varients of durion for years. It works great and so did this one. Takes moss/green out of ponds much better than copper sulfate.

Diuron weed killer for ponds
This is the only thing I found to kill weeds in my pond. It's granular. The weeds were like spider webs under the water attached to the pond bottom, and spread all over the top of the water, like vines with green leaves.I pull all the foliage up, then sprinkle this stuff where the vines were growing. Did it twice within a 2 week period. It's all gone. Works better than anything I have try, and I have try many products. Been trying to kill this crap for 2 years now. It just kept coming back. Used liquid poison and pond dyes.
