Scotch Removable Restickable Glue Stick, .49oz, Repositionable Stick, 4 Pack

I bought this to attach envelopes or other odd-sized papers to regular 8-1/2 x 11 sheets so I could send them through my printer. I am really happy with how these work - they hold tight but you can also easily separate the glued piece when you're ready. I've heard that the glue becomes a bit more permanent the longer it is left in place so I advise you not to leave the pieces glued together for too long.

I was honestly surprised by how perfect the stickiness is on this Removable Restickable Glue Stick (.49 oz). It grips exactly how you want it to—secure enough to keep papers, labels, and light crafts in place, but still easy to peel off without tearing anything. I’ve moved pieces around several times and it still sticks without losing strength or leaving residue behind. It’s smooth to apply, doesn’t clump, and dries clear, which is a huge plus. If you need something that holds well but doesn’t commit forever, this glue stick is truly the best I’ve used. Highly recommend!

This is the best stuff for paper piecing. Just don’t put directly on the fabric, it’ll be a little sticky. If you put it on the paper it works great for a couple removals.

It didn't work with handmade sticky notes. It's repositionable, but sometimes it was difficult to peel the sheet off.

I bought these glue sticks to make sticky note pads. The 3" x 3" notepads I have made turned out great. The glue is just the right adhesive for sticky notes. There is no drying time, and this is an inexpensive way to make your own sticky notes. I have a lot of colored paper that is just the right thickness to function as sticky notes.
