The knife that I’ve been looking for!
First let me say this knife is terrific! I’ve been looking for a reasonably price Nakiri for some time, and I think this is it! Extremely well made, a nice weighted wood handle, and super sharp hammered texture blade. I literally use this for EVERYTHING! It’s fantastic for slicing meats, vegetables, and cheese as thick or thin as you want. I’m constantly amazed every time I use it. Follow the care instructions as well as using the cleaning cloth that comes with and you’ll have this for many years to come. All this at a very reasonable price!

Great! Been using for about a week.
It's a good knife. I do alot of vegetables and some fruit at work. Sharp out of the box cuts through everything I need it for. As a plus I have not sharpened it yet and it's edge retention is nice. I honestly have not a bad thing to say about it

Heavy, balanced cleaver
This cleaver is heavy, well-balanced and comfortable in the hand. The blade and handle are well made and the have a solid feel to them, and the sheath fits the knife securely. If you are looking for a heavy cleaver that will last forever, this knife will do the trick. Highly recommended.

It is beautiful. Feels good in my hand
I recently was given this knife. It is beautiful. Feels good in my hand. Though, it is not balanced, and there is no info relating to the tang. Is it thin? Is it the width and thickness of the wood handle? Is the blade and tang one solid piece of metal? I could not find any info anywhere regarding the construction. Is it truly hammered Steele stamped? Or just made to look like hammered? I wish there was more info than the mass produced gibberish in the description.
