Hp ink has always been reliable.It will work every time

What can I say? While ink is ink, name brand ink is certainly much more expensive. Saving money only has so much value, so I don't wish to test the waters of savings on such an expensive printer (DesignJet 500 42"), so use ONLY HP inks. At a 37% savings and free 2nd day shipping (with Prime), it's a great deal.

I don't know what to say about ink. It came on time, at a good price, & fulfilled my needs.

It was as advertised (minus the box). That's all one can ask for.........to get what they ordered on time and in good condition. Happy me!

What's to like...it's ink.

Ink is ink.

On the web page it says that I am buying a new ink cartridge, which it is new. The problem is that this was sitting on the shelf since 2009. it has an expiration date of 2009/05/16. it says no where on the page that this is out of date, but on the packing slip in the package, it has a highlighted sentence "Out of date, Guaranteed to work or money back." Well it didn't work, and now I am sending this back and I'm now irritated. When i put the cartridge in it recognizes that there is a cartridge in the slot but it gives a X through where the ink indicator is. The printer thinks that it is empty when you can hear the swishing around in the cartridge. I do not recommend purchasing this product. I had this same issue with black ink that i purchased, I bought two cartridges and both of them had expired ink. If your package comes in just the inner foil wrapping and not in the box that it is shown in the picture, then you are going to probably have problems. That is another thing, the picture shows a card board box around, like the one you would see in stores, but it just came in the inner foil and bubble wrapped, that is a little fishy to me. If you want to waste your time, have to ship the package back, wait for your money back, and still be in the predicament as before you purchased this, then by all means please buy this product. I gave this product 1 star because that is the lowest rating i could give it, if i could select 0 stars, I would! I hope that this review has saved you time, frustration, and your money.

It's ink. It expires about a year from now. Has worked fine and is clearly HP and not a generic.
