Matt's Bakery is truly one of the best store bough cookies I have ever tasted. I can't stop buying them.

These cookies were larger (each cookie) than I expected and LOADED with chocolate. So delish !! Will be re-ordering. The small packaging is such a great idea. Can open one for the grand kids while the remaining packages remain sealed and fresh waiting for gramma's guilty pleasure time...LOL

I got a case of these. Can't find them in stores. Simple ingredients my German Shepherds can have them also. They love them to.

I bought the peanut butter chocolate chip and cranberry. These cookies are absolutely perfect. Soft ,excellent taste...and the tip to microwave for 8 seconds took them to a whole new level!

Was looking for cookie dough that they used to carry at the store. I was told it was seasonal but not to be found

Wow. I just have to say this company is top class. I sent a few packages to my Dad for his birthday and unfortunately they arrived broken. I wrote to them simply to suggest they improve their shipping packaging to prevent breakage (not sure how it can even be fixed?), along with a photo of the cookies. And they were so nice to offer a replacement and a refund. I didn't even ask for either one and they're just super supportive, lovely. Grateful for their help and super friendly attitude. I know it's really hard to keep cookies from breaking. Cookies are delicious and to me it doesn't matter if they are broken. But since it was a gift of multiple boxes, I felt the need to suggest better packaging. I had no expectations but they really madey day with their generous customer service. The oatmeal raisin are flavorful, balancing the sweetness of the raisins and crunchiness of the oats. The density of ingredients really ensures you’re getting an oatmeal raisin cookie, not a cookie with a sprinkle of oats and raisins.However, the dryness of the cookie is difficult to swallow. Heating it up in the microwave (as directed on the packaging) did little to combat this issue. The cookie also easily crumbled in hand.The flavor is 10/10, but everything else was disappointing. I would not buy them again.

I ordered four packages. They are edible, but they are dry, crumbly, not "soft", just "meh". If you are looking for the perfect soft Oatmeal cookie, this is not it.
