I have a auto dimming welding mask that was fitted with just a head band. My company required me to fit it to a hard hat. They supplied the hard had designed for a welding mask but my mask didn't have the needed hardware to utilize the helmets mounting points. This kit worked perfect for mounting even though my mask is a different manufacture.If you need this kit to repair your masks mounts or like me add the mounts from scratch I recommend this kit.
