The Product came with parts missing and unmatched metal parts colour.
The silver decorative piece which sits on the walking stick below the silver handle was missing. Besides that the metal band at the bottom od the stick which should be silver was of dull brass gold in colour. This is very indicative of the care that this supplier takes before despatching a product for delivery to a customer. It make the customer start communicating for a replacement and explaining the deficiency, which is really annoying, to say the least. A proper pre delivery check would have avoided all this communication and time wasted doing so.
