Just got this lighter a couple days ago and I already ordered myself another one. This time I got the deluxe edition with the extendable node and flashlight and whistle and shoe horn. Same shape but about twice the size. I love them both. I haven’t used my Bic since I got it. Very nifty gadget that works very well. No problems so far. Works in heavy wind and rain, I tested it. I hope they last a long time. They seem to be made of quality materials but time will tell. Well worth the money I spent so far. Small one was $8 and large was $17. I would highly recommend this lighter if you smoke or if you like to go camping or charcoal bbqing. Great product! LC Fun!

I bought this as a gift for my son. I was/maybe still am not sure if I should have purchased the butane one but this one seems to charge fast, works well (makes an almost taser sound) but he thinks that's amusing. There isn't an open flame like a normal lighter but it will light anything up quickly. It took a couple minutes to figure out out to open it and start it (no one read the actual directions that came with it) but once that was set, it was easy to use. The design and quality seem pretty good for a cheap lighter. We did put it in water and had no issues. I don't if this is the only water proof lighter I would take with me on a hike or camp but you should always bring more than one anyway. lol

I like this product for it’s ease of use without having to refill. I have serious reservations about the durability, as I have purchased it twice before. The charging port has a fairly short lifespan and is subject to failure. This is my last opportunity to show me it’s worth.

It is just as advertised. Easy to use. Charges fast. Set it in a cup of water. No problem. It’s light. Built very well. I love it. It will be in my gear bag for a long time.

My husband is impossible to buy for. He's a smoker and always comments on how if it's windy or raining out he can take a smoke break at work. I got this lighter as a stocking suffer (he found it so he got it early) and he absolutely loves it! Works in the wind and rain. Also comes charged so could use it right out the package. Easy to charge, easy to use. He even lit a bonfire with it the other night so it works in all sorts of things. I highly recommend this for smokers, but also as a camping necessity. Definitely ordering the 2 pack next time. Great inexpensive gift for the guy that is impossible to buy for.Also, on another note, this is fairly safe. The button to light it is in a place that a kid wouldn't accidently hit it if they picked it up. We have kids so this was something important but wasn't really advertised, so I wanted to throw it out there.

Lighter quality was exceptional the design was flawless it even came fully charged with a nice flame strength it fit perfectly it pockets and charger pouch the noise level is low and quiet

Perfect for outdoor use and in windy situations. Works every time. Charging by usb c is great and it’s easy to use with just a click of a button.

This electric lighter worked great when it would accept a charge. In just one month it has stopped charging via the microUSB port and no longer works. The only support via Amazon was "self help" support suggesting replacing the batteries. Cannot find a way to contact the manufacturer. If I can't find a way to get a replacement, I doubt I will buy this particular model again.
