Great quality. Highly recommended

This product is sturdy and well made. The only problem is that it doesn’t cut straight down but wants to cut out towards the edge. It needs a firm grip and positive pressure to keep it on a straight cut.

Excellent quality knife, blade goes all the way through the handle and very sharp. Perfect for cutting cheese and tomatoes. Wood handle looks nice 👍

Don't use for anything else

Brilliant for slicing tomatoes, cucumber etc. Good for cheese. Serrations are excellent. Handle a work of art. Comfortable.

And the chees doesn't stick to the blade... well, not usually anyway. Some will, but it is a sturdy knife that does it's job well. Can recommend if you are in need of a cheese knife.

A lovely knife top quality product and I would give it 5 stars if I was one of the lucky 10% of people who are left handed!but being right handed it is useless to me,as try as may I can not use it with my right hand.

Excellent. been looking for a knife that will cut soft cheese, without it sticking to the knife, and this does the job perfectly.The points were bent on the first one of these I received, but it was returned and an intact knife was sent to me. Full marks to Amazon, and full marks to Grunwerg. I like this knife so much I bought another one of similar type for harder cheeses as well
