Great quality and style; don’t waste time searching like I did. SVAVO IS A SURE BET!
This SVAVO dispenser is so fabulous. We cook a great deal in our house and with all the stories about cooking with unclean hands and food residues left on contact; we insist that everyone VISIBLY WASH in the kitchen before preparing food. I started to observe soap buildup on the pump at the kitchen sink and realized we were running the risk of leaving germs on the dispenser itself. I started buying various dispensers and then dispensing with the dispensers for poor performance, and one because it was just ugly. This SVAVO is beautiful and elegant. Moreover I control the amount of soap that is dispensed making it very economical; it is completely hands free and sanitary; it holds a large volume of soap reducing the frequency of maintenance. Great addition to any room both for quality and style.

I've ordered many of these. The last three were DOA or broken in weeks.
As my headline states, I have ordered several of these SVAVO soap dispensers, both black and white, over the years. Well before the pandemic caused the prices and availability to dwindle. I ordered an additional black and white unit, plus a different SVAVO soap dispenser this summer. Two out of three were DOA and the third died and stopped working in weeks. By the time I got around to contacting them, the 30 day window for shipping directly back to Amazon had passed. But you get a 90-day A-Z guarantee when working with a third party seller, so I contacted the seller. They gave me their troubleshooting list. I emailed them back and told them I did everything they asked and they still did not work. They asked me to send them a video. So I sent them a video, showing them the units I have to DO work and the ones that DO NOT. I told them I have bought many of these, the very first ones I bought have NEVER had an issue and are the most reliable. They gave me the run around and pretty much gave me their troubleshooting tips again as if I had never done anything. Got sick and tired of dealing with them, contacted Amazon and filed a complaint. After Amazon reviewed the correspondence and verified that I asked for a refund...AND they were unresponsive, my claim was approved. If you buy these, I hope they work!

well designed
Compared to the Simply Human model I previously used, this one is better designed. It's easy to install the batteries and the outside is sleek. Even the LED is a stylish bar instead of a little LED dot. It initially didn't work but after I took the soap reservoir off and dunked the tube end into a sink full of water and activated it a few times it started squirting out water like it should. After that it worked with the soap too. You also need to make sure the tube ends up inside of the soap reservoir rather than outside of it.Update - I bought four and the first one took two years to wear out (in the kitchen so got used a lot).

Looks good so far...
*Disclaimer: I've only had this soap dispenser for about 4 hours...so I can't comment on its durability just yet.*Nice-looking automatic soap dispenser. It is tall, as others have mentioned, but it has a relatively small footprint. Setup is super easy: The soap goes in the bottom compartment, which screws off; the batteries go in the top compartment (4 AAA batteries), and a plastic top covers the battery compartment as well as the multi-function power/volume button. The dispenser has an indicator light (a strip around the head) that flashes green when you use it and red when the battery is low. The multi-function button lets you choose the volume of soap that's dispensed -- there are three options (the default setting is the highest) and the lowest setting is still quite a lot of soap.I also have the Simple Human automatic soap dispenser, and this dispenser, while very good for the price, is definitely less sturdy and less precise. Both the Simple Human dispenser and this dispenser have no-drip silicone valves, but this dispenser's valve stays a little open between pumps. This seems like a better choice for the kitchen, though, because there's absolutely no batteries or machinery near the bottom of the dispenser.

Worked for a year and broke-right after warranty expired
This product worked great for a year-until the warranty was up. Then it stopped squirting out soap. The pump went out. I wrote customer service and they just wanted me to purchase a new product with an upgraded pump with a discount. When I clicked their link it said I already purchased the new product. Seems like a lot of this stuff from China is set to break after the warranty is up so you are forced to buy another. Oh well, I will be looking for a different product. Customer service was lacking a bit.

Seems great so far
I received the SVAVO Automatic Sensor Soap Dispenser in a few days after the order. The set-up was easy, it is solidly made, easy to fill, functions well. No drips, looks clean and sleek. I don't know about battery life or longevity of the product as I've only used it for a couple of weeks. I use it in the kitchen with regular dish soap. It has happened where the IR sensor didn't seem to recognize a plastic bowl underneath and wouldn't dispense. I had to put my hand in place to get it to "fire". I'm pleased, and will get one for the bathroom if it continues to operate well.

Greats functionality! Stopped working after 8 months
This thing is awesome! Tall enough to go above our bowl vanity sink. Hasn’t falsely dispensed soap yet and works better than expected. And the wife likes how it looks and matches our decor. The batteries load on top so no chance to be corroded by sitting in water. You’ll really enjoy having this item in your home!***update****After 8 months stopped working. The lights come on and seems to have power but the sensor no longer works the soap is no longer dispensed. Seems like you should get more than 8 months.
