Clean and fragrant
Does an awesome job of cleaning the upper layer of carpet and leaving an amazing scent. I'm not a fan of heavy smells but this one is light and non-intrusive.

I guess this was good. It is hard for me to tell because my carpet did not have any stains on it. Whereas, if it was an extraction process such as the Rug Doctor where one can see if the water is dirty or not then I would be better able to determine how effective the shampoo is. It certainly easy to use and apply.
