Great chair, no back pain anymore!
I bought this chair about 5 years ago for myself and still love it, so when we needed one for my wife it was an easy buy. And Amazon had a sale, cheapest price on the market, so it was a no brainer.best thing about this chair is you can change almost all the settings, so it fits what you want it to fit. it might take some days or weeks till you find the perfect fit, but you will find it!the quality is very high and if something wears out, in my case it was the arm rest, you can buy it and exchange them for new ones.Definitely recommend this chair

Not for long term use due to design flaw
After having this chair for a while for my home office, I've decided it is likely the most uncomfortable chair I've ever sat on. The problem is that other than the front of the seat where the mesh meets the frame (right behind where your knees would be) there is no cushion/foam. So the frames of both the lumbar support and the back section dig into your back and after a long day of office work, your wondering why you're in pain. If they would have integrated the same cushion/foam along all the edges, that problem would be solved. The other issue is that the mesh on the seat bottom eventually numbs your rear after sitting for extended periods. Instead would recommend the purchase of an actual cushioned bottom chair with a one piece full mesh back without a similar separate lumbar support section...and if you do need additional lumbar support, just get a lumbar support cushion. Have one like that at my company's office and don't experience any of the back pain caused by this design. Hope this helps someone from spending so much money on something they would think is superior to other chairs based on cost and incomplete reviews.

Not for people under 5'3"
The chair is fine. It is well made and comfortable. A bit big for my 5'3" frame. My husband who is 6 foot fit great on the chair, me... not so much. It didn't go low enough and was a bit wide on the smallest arm rest setting. But the chair is beautiful and pretty comfy. I would have liked it to recline more but that is personal taste. Packaging was well done and easy to assemble. The chair is HEAVY DUTY so expect some weight there. I just needed something smaller. I had to send it back... it has been over a week and I have still to get my refund. We will see if they return most of my money! They do have a restocking fee and you have to pay for your shipment back so keep that in mind!

Best for back pain
This chair is wonderful! It's easy to put together, comfortable, and we own two of them. It's the ONLY desk chair designed to provide support and comfort.

Practically defunct warranty, do not waste your money
The chair is borderline unusable after a few months of owning it. It makes an incredibly loud popping sound whenever lean side to side, recline, get up, and sit down. Customer service is generally responsive but they didn't have replacement parts for more than 3 months after I requested warranty service. The noise wakes up everyone in the apartment and the neighbors downstairs. I have to be extremely conscious of using the chair normally for at least 3 months before they "expect" to have replacement parts in stock. It's gotten to the point where if I need to see something above me, I have to strain my neck so I don't recline the chair while changing my head position. Once this chair develops problems, it is anything but ergonomic, and you'll have to expect to wait months before they try to fix the problem. There is no point in having a lifetime warranty if it's functionally useless.

Good chair but the head rest installation is painful.
Good chair but the head rest installation is nightmare. Really don't understand why they come up with such a weird installation procedure which requires hammer. It is also very challenging on making sure the needle fits in the tinny holes on both sides of the assembly.

Very comfortable
I am not sure why it was 50% less than the manufacture selling price however I love this chair.

Really solid chair
This was a major improvement over the old one it replaced. Solid, no creaking, breathable. All adjustments work as expected. One criticism: The arm rest (that are adjustable) are a bit wobbly. That's not because of how the metal arm base attaches to the frame of the chair. It's the plastic height adjustment. The issue is on both sides and that's the only real issue with the chair (and does not compromise it's function ;-)).So ergo, comfy, I sit 10-12 hours a day in this and my back was screaming for mercy. This chair solved the issue.
