What I've begun doing is opening a capsule and adding a fraction to my morning 64 ounces of filtered water and superfood wheatgrass fruit punch mix of several scoops of different variety of flavors and nutrient values.Even though I'm not able to take a full tablet without the side effects of being unable to sleep that night I'm finding using a small amount isn't impending rest.The benefits of this nutrient are important to my wellness and what I'm doing with adding certain foods and extra options like this. I don't drink very much so this is a great option for its value for me personally.Though a full dose is too much. A fraction of the dose seems actionable minus mega alert through the night side effects as before.My recommendation is always to do research. I wouldn't recommend doing more than one nutrient adjustment at a time. Make sure to get health check-ups including bloodwork. Know side effects to adjust as needed.Just because it's healthy doesn't mean it may not hurt. All our biology is different. One size doesn't fit all. Know your body and what you take has impact. Even if you don't see it.For me, find getting my DNA health test really made a difference. CRI genetics and my heritage have two different types. The more in-depth CRI is on target and even validated results or my heritage. Thankfully I'm an uber health-conscious person who isn't suffering issues like other family members who didn't take care of themselves as conscientiously.Sharing this after several weeks of a partial sampling dose. I feel great and am sleeping very well. Glad I found a custom solution. While working to find a capsule with a lower dose rather then using a partial amount wile using this bottle until it's gone/\updateTrying products to assist with brain function and optimal health did research on the positive effects of Resveratrol before deciding on this brand and amount.Unfortunately for me, 500 in the morning about 7:00 am keeps me alert until well after midnight. Almost 3 am multiple nights.I tried stopping consumption, then restarting once my sleep was back to normal. Any time over a month attempting to take one pill in the early morning juiced me up. Super alert. Energized. Not wanting sleep.Thinking a the lower amount might not affect me similarly. Am still interested in trying a different dose.I'm positive it is this amount. If I were driving across the country thought this might be a great product. For everyday use just can't.How this affects me is per my biology and is not an endorsement against this product.I've had DNA health tests give me a rundown of areas like caffeine sensitivity for instance which is super true prior to the test. So, like other nutritional needs Resveratrol is something I'm simply personally sensitive to. And until you try it won't know if you are or are not.I believe in the nutrient value. Am trying different amounts to connect with one that works with my biology without keeping me up through the night.For me a five-star because I believe in the nutrient. It's not the fault of the product I'm not able to consume this level. It's just genetics

Too strong, it gave me super powers that I didn't ask for. After taking my first capsule I was able to see through walls and accidentally ripped my car door off the hinges just opening it up for wife. Other than that, these are great!
