Asian Paleo--YES
The recipes are pretty straight forward, I do wish there were pictures for the steps, but there are pictures of every finished meal, so that helps. The variety of the types of Korean dishes is awesome and I love that she created a paleo tofu recipe. I'm excited to try her cauliflower sticky rice recipe and the ramen recipe (of course. Who can say no to ramen?). I was impressed by the affordability of the book as well, since sometimes "specialty" cookbooks can get kind of pricey, and there are a LOT of recipes in the book for the price. I can't rate this from a beginning paleo standpoint because I've been cooking paleo and many other "this free, that free" dishes for a long time so I'm used to doing things different from the conventional way. I would think anyone with a little experience cooking paleo shouldn't have any trouble though. For the novice, maybe check out Nom Nom Paleo, Practical Paleo, or Paleo in 28, if you need more introduction to the lifestyle itself or the different way of cooking.

Loving the gluten free recipes
I've made several recipes and none disappointed me. All easy and delicious.Definitely worth getting this book.

Delicious, easy, nourishing and true to taste paleo Korean food!
I am so excited to see an authentic Korean Paleo cookbook! I have missed eating Korean food after I cut gluten out of my diet for medical reasons 5 years ago. I grew up making and eating Chinese and southeast Asian foods so adapting those foods has not been too difficult, I have very much missed Korean food. I have already made a number of dishes from this cookbook including the spicy tuna Kimbap twice and the pickled radishes! I’m so excited about this, I’m gifting one of these to my mom for her birthday this month.

Delicious and Mostly Paleo
The recipes look delicious and the book is very easy to follow! However, potato is not paleo, and I wish there was a substitution option for the potato starch in a lot of these recipes. It is even more important for me because I am allergic to potato. Otherwise, an amazing book!

Every recipe is a winner!!
I cannot stop funding 5 star recipes in this book!!! I don't always use all the red pepper flakes though. The flavor in the meats is top notch. Even the dude dishes are amazing by them selves. I moved from San Diego to Arkansas a few months ago and this book helps me recreate such good food!

Best cookbook I have ever purchased!
Usually with recipes I tweak them to make them perfect, with everything in this book I didn’t have to. Every one I’ve tried is always perfect and I make them again and again! My husband and I love Korean food and flavors, this book lets us satisfy our cravings at home!

Korean Paleo
My first Korean cookbook. Love it! The recipes are not complicated and most of the ingredients are easy to find. Lots of explanation for some of the unfamiliar ingredients. I've already used it for a few recipes and all came out tasty. I really like this cookbook and look forward to trying out more recipes!

Awesome Gluten free Asian recipes!!!
Highly recommend this recipe book for those who love Korean food but can’t tolerate gluten. Although I also eat the Keto way, the palm sugar and honey can be substituted with Monk fruit sugar and or syrup. Thank you for sharing a healthy version of many loved Korean dishes.

Muito bom, ainda não fiz as receitas, mas gostei bastante, tem muuuita receita. Só senti falta do tteokbokki que é de arroz. Acho que devia ser só um livro gluten free, não paleo. Faltou as receitas com arroz de verdade. Mas mesmo assim essas outras receitas tem no Youtube, então tudo bem. Eu gostei que tem receita de Pepero, eu procurei em vários lugares ele sem gluten e nunca achei, obrigado pela receita, eu vou fazer com certeza. Gostei também de que ela ensina a fazer os temperos, gochujang e o misso coreano, que no mercado é carissimo. Eu amei o livro, tem muita variedade de receitas, carnes, sopas, "arroz", doces, tem até receitas sem pimenta. Enfim, adorei.

Loved this cookbook
We love Korean food, but my daughter has celiac disease and we couldn't go to Korean restaurants in fear of all the gluten-containing ingredients they use. This book has been great to make things that are gluten free! And the recipes aren't ridiculously difficult either. Thank you!

Nice book with good colour pictures and interesting recpes.
Bought this for my 11 year old Grandaughter and she was thrilled to bits with it.
