The media could not be loaded. This reader fits onto standard 1-gang box, and looks OK, although I am not entirely sold on the whole squiggle down the center blue light. It flashes green when presented with an RFID card or keyfob, and unlocks when appropriate. Unfortunately, it also flashes green when unauthorized card is used, although the door stays locked. There are zero instructions in the package. For the amount of money they charge, it's fine, but I will use something else in the future

Very good reading distance, works perfect with OpenPath branded MIFARE fobs. Easily integrated with ESP8266 using ESPHome built-in Wiegand component. Only gripe is that the tail is a bit short. She loves the design, I find the swirl less appealing. Blue LEDs flicker slightly. The beeper sounds more sophisticated than most readers. Overall I am super happy with this.

They work well for NFC. Used with phone and Yubico, Security KeysI wish the LED were able to go red on invalid swipe (it will always be green if it reads)DOWNSIDE:This does not fit on a standard US electrical box (any of them...!). Installing can be challenging, depending on what you are mounting this on. Future replacement may be a problem since it is not a standard screw placement.

What a great value. Looks great, works great. It has the same read range and reliability as our $100+ readers. Looks very nice. Can flush mount or surface mount.
