I do not like how random the math questions are. It assumes that all children have covered the same things in school. The questions are mathematically specific but random topics are presented. There are also grammar and spelling mistakes. I also don't like that the questions are multiple choice.

The answer key is at the back of the book and I would love to see it be perforated pages so they could be removed while the child is working on the book - what kid is not tempted to look!?We are 2 weeks into the book and they are a great mixture of math, English and Language Arts. I personally love the answer key that is very self explanatory for the kid and parents. I have not had to google an answer yet!

Wasn't for Australian curriculum. Suits American curriculum. The sign language section is American, not Australian. Should be marked as American it's of no use if you are following Australian curriculum standards.

Too difficult for child and too much on line which we dont have access too. I didnt realize it was for online learning

I purchased this for my child to use over the summer to keep up with what they had learned in school. There a couple things I would change when comparing this to other summer work books I have purchased.The positives are that it is a nice book that holds up well even after being opened many times. The content itself is fine, combining both what they learn the previous year and some elements of what they will learn the following school year. There are some online activities to supplement the book, but I was not interested in those, I strictly wanted physical books for my child to use.One thing I wish was different is there are only 39 days of activities, so even if they did a page a day during the week it would only last half the summer. Also, there isn't much content per day, most days only have 5 questions. I wanted to return this but instead of paying return shipping I decided to buy another workbook with more content and use this as a supplement.
