Q: I’ve planted and watered plants and the indicator has not moved from “min” level despite them being saturated with water. What is wrong?

Have you checked to make sure the float can move freely, if you are also over the max mark perhaps remove some water could of been over filled.

Q: inner pot size of the 18cm and 22cm please

I have the 18cm containers, it’s not a thick container but very sturdy and well made. The measurements is as stated 18CM (inside measurement). Hope this helps

Well, when this planter was set up, the position of the red tip should be lower than the transparent part of the tube. And then, when you water it, the red tip will raise up slowly which will show you the water level of your planter. If the position of the red tip disappear from sight, it tells you it's time to water. Notice: Please do not let the red tip excess the "Max" print.
