These are exceptional for heavy duty hand whisking use. We whisk up to 7litres of yogurt at one time in a bucket and these work great.

Good quality
So, while I had to send this back because I ordered the wrong size, I've been baking long enough to recognise good quality when I see it. I held this in my hand and the balance is spot on, its made of good, durable materials and I've ordered a couple of sizes smaller for my use.
