AMAZING transfer! One of the best I've seen. The picture is so clear it's hard to believe it's just a dvd. Wish more dvds looked this good 👍

The original, and now out of print, DVD from Artisan Home Entertainment featured a 4:3 "full screen" transfer. I was curious about the aspect ratio of this version from S'More Entertainment. I couldn't find any information about it anywhere so I took a chance ordered a copy. I can confirm that it is in fact a 16:9 aspect ratio anamorphic widescreen DVD. It looks pretty good too.

Yes, it has a low budget. Yes, there are some loose spots in the plot. So do "Evil Dead" and "Suspiria" and any number of classic horror movies. Since when does having a low budget and cheesy effects mean that a movie is bad. In defense of the effects at the end, this was made back in 1993 and was made on a relatively low budget. All things considered, it's not that bad. As for the story, the whole "Breakfast at Tiffany's" with monsters and crazy people was one of the things I liked best about the movie. The overall effect is a little uneven, but I like a little lopsidedness in a horror film. It's those raw, uneven edges that attracted me to the genre in the first place. So, is this a perfect movie? No. But that's part of the appeal.

This is an awesome and an hard to find movie!!! It is a great Drew Barrymore movie, I absolutely love it!!! It was an recommendation given to me, and it was a movie I wouldn't thought of myself to buy!!!! And I was like, I gotta have it!!!! It was a great find, I am very happy with my purchase!!!!

oh, Drew....you could do SO much better than this...poor plot, boring and not up to Barrymore standards...I only got through about the first 15 minutes or so, had to turn it off.

A real dark mysterious film.The film keeps you guessing throughout and you have to make up your mind continually has to what is really going on,because the film has lots of twists and tales in it,Also a very young "DREW BARRYMORE" making an appearance has an adult as her acting career moves into playing adult roles and is very convincing in doing so.She acts out the part of a young female who as a twin personality.One as a kind caring female,the other has a female with a very dark past,who as very evil thoughts towards those who met her, especially her male flatmate who befriended her and gave her a place to stay at when she was in trouble in escaping her past.A very convincing performance to pull this off.

This film started out as an interesting idea: Does she have a twin? Is she insane? Is she possessed?Sadly, by the end the only question you'll be asking is; how much longer do we have to suffer this film.The storyline goes off the rails about half way through. There are lots of pointless scenes that do not seem to tie in. And the ending is painful and pointlessly gruesome.The only redeeming factor for fans of Ms Barrymore's figure is the shower scene - go find it on YouTube for free rather than pay for this awful film
