What a fantastic little side table/phone table/night stand/etc! It's made with good-quality materials (the vertical posts are real wood, the horizontal ovals are something denser and smoother than the usual cardboard-eque crap you find in cheap furniture).The assembly instructions consist of one picture of this in "exploded" view. It isn't hard to figure out how to assemble it, just be sure you do it from the top down, because each piece is held in place by the piece under it screwing into it -- so if you build from the bottom up, you will get to the point of "almost done" and then realize you have no way to screw the top oval onto all four posts at once. But as long as you build from the top down, this is a quick and simple assembly.

Well, I was looking for something to use as a non-traditional nightstand, when I stumbled across this phone table, I thought it would be great. It was just the sort of elegant-looking antique style I had in mind, plus at a price that can't be beaten! So I ordered it and eagerly awaited its arrival...Well, once it arrived, it was very easy to put together even though it was completely devoid of instructions. The shelves are pretty thick, and it feels very sturdy once it's fully put together - it might support decent weight (although I don't know what the official weight rating is). I'm kind of annoyed, though, that the little drawer doesn't have any catch or anything to stop it from just falling out when you pull it too far.As for the aesthetics, though... Well, in all fairness, it's not a terrible looking table for the price. I'm still kind of disappointed in the quality though, because I bought a corner shelf stand from the same company, and it looks much better. The pain application on that gold circle is rather sloppy, the finish is a high gloss that seems to show off all kinds of smudges, and the stain application is also a bit shoddy in parts. I guess for the price, though, it's not so bad.Now, I'm going to give any relevant measurements I can think of for anyone out there who wants to know. First off, The width of the shelves are 15 inches across, and the depth is 11.75 inches deep, and it's 13.5 inches wide on the top shelf within those little rails. It's also about 9.75 inches between column to column on the lower shelves (important for any decorative boxes you might want to put on there). It's also about 28.75 inches high from the floor to the top shelf. It's 13 inches from the bottom shelf to the bottom of the little drawer, and 4.75 inches between the middle shelf and the top shelf. The little drawer measures 6 inches wide by 5.5 inches deep on the inside. Well, that's all I can think of. Enjoy!

This was similar to another "phone table" (I'm using them as end tables) that I purchased about a year ago. This one was easier to build, with just a few parts. I will say the instructions were terrible (just a picture, and since some pieces are similar I ended up having to unscrew a set of mid-pieces that I thought were legs). Once built, it's a bit wobbly. The pieces didn't all go together flush. The sheen and color are attractive, albeit a little flashy (it has a really high gloss). The drawer also comes completely off easily (aka on accident) and is hard to get back on. Overall this piece is just ok. It does what I wanted it to do, nothing more.

Great price and looks good. Mine came with a minor blemish on the drawer, but it isn't noticeable.Assembly is easy, took only a few minutes, and requires no tools. There are no instructions but they aren't needed. It took me longer to write this review then to assemble the table.

I'd given 5 stars however, as with most other comments on this stand, it was not as advertised with the table pattern(s) embedded or embellished on table tops (shelves). I purchased this b/c I was in need of a telephone stand. (Yes, a LAND LINE!) ...LOL... I was looking for 'vintage' and absolutely found it with this piece. The "some assemble required" was no lie. The directions were more then vague and hand written/drawn/photocopied. Hey, I'm not one to sit and put together puzzles but anyone with an ounce of common sense could put this stand together. This absolutely serves the purpose as advertised. I would not recommend this being used as a night stand or a side table. It just is not heavy/sturdy enough for such uses. Nice looking over all.

This table fit our needs perfectly. The shipment was fast and I have to admit I was surprised to see such a small box but everything was there. Very easy to assemble and sturdy.

Received my table yesterday as promised. Amazon always delivers on time. I took out the table pieces and quickly put it together. The legs and shelves seems sturdy but the drawer is flimsy!! The railing on the top tier was not at all firm, the nail fell out on their own. I had to use a longer set of screws to secure the railing to the tray. Other than that, I love the color and gold tone pin stripe.

This is a very pretty and relatively sturdy little table. I use it beside my bed to hold a phone, alarm clock and a glass of water, so it doesn't have to hold a lot of weight. My only complaint is that the picture on the website shows a gold filigree pattern embossed on the shelves but the table I received did not have the embossing. It was very easy to assemble.
