I have been a long-time fan of FMA. The story is absolutely brilliant, the thematic execution is fantastic, and the cast of characters is so diverse and loveable. When I found out there were “Fullmetal Editions,” I was just ecstatic. There’s something somewhat luxurious about owning hardcover versions, and for a story as classic as FMA, nobody can deny that it deserves this kind of high-class treatment. Honestly, there are no words to tell you how happy I was when it arrived (early). The lettering is so much cleaner, the pages are great quality, and the new art covers are so damn cool. I was squealing for days, couldn’t bring myself to touch it in case I damaged it.Then I opened it.This is my first ever hardback, and I forgot that hardbacks are (kinda ironically) notorious for being delicate, and unfortunately, these editions are no exceptions. The rip is pretty small at the back, but it is there, and the spine does wrinkle pretty badly at the bottom. What’s done is done now, but still, I have no regrets buying this. It is definitely worth the money for those who love this series! Just make sure to not make the same mistake as I did and take care of your books while you’re reading!

The Fullmetal Editions are definitely the way to go for experiencing Fullmetal Alchemist! Great quality paper that makes the inked artwork flourish. The hardcover is beautiful and sturdy and it’s always cool to see the behind the scenes stuff in the back of the book!

Book was for a gift for Christmas. It arrived a few days before Christmas in perfect condition. 10/10!

Inhaltlich und optisch ein sehr schöner Manga.Lieferung ist schnell erfolgt auch wenn das Paket mal wieder nur vor der Haustür abgelgt wurde.Anscheinend ist da keine Besserung in Sicht.Leider ist der Einband am Buchrücken oben und unten recht stark geknautscht und oben sogar leicht eingerissen.Wären die Ablage vor der Haustür und die Beschädigung nicht gewesen hätte ich 4-5 Sterne gegeben.

Pra quem é fã de Fulmetal, e quer uma edição de melhor qualidade, essa edição é perfeita. Capa dura e papel couchê, que valoriza a arte em preto e branco. O material é em inglês, então só recomendo pra quem compreende pelo menos o básico, que é o meu caso.
