I bought as a gift, so I can't really rate the product.

This powdered mix arrived on time and perfect condition. I think my ebleskiver s fluffed up so nice to make the pancake balls I filled with blueberry s. They are delicious. The mix is great. You do have to beat egg whites to mix with batter and that makes these little gems so nice and fluffy.

Great mix. Just like Williams Sonoma's. Makes it much easier than cooking from scratch. A yummy Danish family tradition.

Externally over priced for what it is

Family & still in the cupboard for Christmas breakfast.
