Fav BAR, excellent quality protein mix, low carb and GREAT taste/texture
This is my fav protein bar, despite not having a ton of fiber, only 1 gram. The taste, texture, whey protein mix, sweetness, has all been perfected. No artificial coloring that I am aware of, we get enough of those elsewhere. They are a legitimate wafer bar. Not the typical fiber chewy ones.I love all flavors of this bar, they sweet taste is not fake and they are quick and easy to eat. However, they are NOT filling so you may be tempted to eat another, but in that case just mix some protein powder and you're all filled up.They are best used for a night snack or dessert. And the quality whey protein is superb. It's just like a shake except add an additional 9g of fat, 4 sugar, 7 carbs. I am 10% body fat and these fit my diet nicely, 2 a day or so keeps me going between meals and after.Best flavor, probably the peanut ones, but it is good to mix up your variety as to not get bored. None I have had are gross or funny tasting. All taste real.Buy them under $20 and they are a good deal. Hunt around.

Love the flavor! Excellent for low carb dieters, keto dieters and diabetics. My father is diabetic and he can finally enjoy one of these with a cup of coffee instead of a waffle cookie. Love this stuff!

Do NOT believe all these 5 star reviews...
...like I did! I'm giving it only 3 stars overall because the taste is barely tolerable. They had to triple the chocolate, or whatever that flavor was, because otherwise these things are tasteless. The texture wasn't too bad, and is pretty consistent with a normal sugar wafer. I've decided to give it 3 stars (instead of the 2 that I was originally inclined to go with) since it is a protein bar and I guess I shouldn't have expected a flavorful experience. But 5 stars, No Way!! SSFTC!

These are addictive - taste great!
The taste of these is so good. Perfect dessert replacements. If you like wafers and chocolate, you'll love these. Good luck not trying to finish the whole box though. They're a bit too good.

BEST POWER CRUNCH BAR KNOWN TO MAN
Imagine you're on a low-carb lifestyle because of Diabetes. Imagine you limit yourself to 25 carbs a day. Now imagine that a Kit Kat or similar candy bar has about 30 and will shoot your Blood Sugar up through the moon.Now imagine you can get a chocolate bar that has only 10 carbs (9 net carbs) and that tastes as good as a Nestle Crunch. THIS IS IT! This wonderful thing has allowed me to stay true to a low carb lifestyle. I stay away from carbs during the day so at night, with coffee, I can enjoy one of these.BEST PRODUCT EVER!

Dry and flavorless
