Not recommended
The construction appears sturdy but be sure you don't make it bump. The battery chamber is very poorly designed. The clamp which locks the lid in place broke the first time I was taking the battery out and then for few recharging cycles the lid was left on the mercy of a small screw. Since it's a boy toy, don't expect that screw is going to be there for long. My kid list the screw on second day. Without that little screw, you can't use it and you will lose that screw for sure. I would not recommend this toy.
