Hooter's hamburgers have a great taste so the last time we visited one we bought the spice. Now its a staple in our spice rack. Great on beef and pork. Actually, you can use it on anything.

Pretty tasty! I already buy the Hooters sauce, this just makes it better. Use sparingly!I'm curious if salting the raw chicken with this instead of kosher salt will make any difference. We'll see!
