Had to return due to poor quality and not working as stated. I ordered this and it came really quick in the mail (2days). When I received it, I had to charge it first since it wouldn't turn on which is no problem. Put the SIM card in and turned it on, the kept showing no service. After taking off the sim card and turning off the watch several yime, it finally had a service signal. A few things I notice the SET UP WAS EASY. Easy to set numbers, set up account and etc. The most important thing to me was the sound guardian (this and gos were the reason why I needed this for my 5 year old autistic son who attend school and uses the bus). The sound gaurdian is when you can hear sounds from where the wath is. The quality is poor and very low. You would literally have to speak into the watch if you wanted a DECENT sound. Again, beats the purpose of why I bought this. Second important thing was the GPS. TOTALLY INACCURATE!!! No where near where the watch was, it was off by 4-6 miles away EVERY SINGLE time I tried to use it. And the main reason I'am returning this is 50% of the time it says device offline. I can not use this is half the time, the watch goes offline. Cant track my son if its offline! Again, beats the purpose of why I bought the watch for. But i guess you pay for what you get. $40 is a deal if you simply only want to use it to call and text your child. I needed it for tracking him not to text or call since he is non-verbal. Again, A PERFECT PRICE AND DEVICE if you just want to call and text. Thann you!

Got this watch for my son, but noticed that the location returned was confidently 1.7miles away from where the watch was. Wrote to EarnCore support, and they replied: "This kind of smart watch exist distance error, APP can provide a approximately position, error will be 0.3 ~ 4 miles. We have another kind of smart watch,it bring more accurately GPS Locator.If you like it.You can order this one.https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07FTJYSDV"Sure enough, if you look in the description of this product, the error provided is "0.3-4miles" (that's "4 miles", not "0.4miles"). This makes the watch, as far as I'm concerned, useless for location tracking. I'm not even sure why they bother to advertise that capability.That said, the communication works ok, and my 7 yr old likes the math game... so ...?

Will not get any signal, (website for speedtalk shows very good signal) phone app will not connect, shows device offline. Tried everything, YouTube videos, reset, send codes. Nothing. Not worth the aggravation on Christmas morning. Directions are horrible, may as well left them out. Band isn't punched with holes. Plus didn't come with sd card. Sorry kids!Also: cannot change from 24-hour time. No setting to sync or change time. Setracker app had missing functions. Tricky to power off. Gives a sos message & doesnt power off. Have to do multiple presses. No vibrate or mute. Ringer very very loud. Feels bulky on.

We ordered these for our boys ages 8 & 5 and was happy to do so when reading the watches capabilities; waterproof, accuracy, 2 way listening of child surroundings, SOS calling + calls to 3 pre-programmed numbers. We spend tons of time at water/theme parks and thought this would help.SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! The setup of these watches us unbelievably long/hard. My husband and I are both text savvy and it took me 1.5 hours plus him another 3 hours and we STILL weren't setup properly.The features are way too feminine for boys. We've wasted time on 2 vacations trying to get these setup. Unfortunately we are outside the return window so these are going in the garbage!

The initial setup took me a little while but Earncore was able to help through it and the device is working awesome! My daughter is going to love it when she gets it for Xmas! Great gift!

Initially I thought that these watches didn't work in Costa Rica, cause package instructions say it is only for North America and Europe, therefore I was very desappointed cause this was a birthday gift for my kids and requested a refund but the seller contacted me saying I just needed special set up instructions, it was easy and watches are working!!! I am so happy now, watch is very good for kids between 5 to 9

I haven't been able to put the watch to function. Tmobile is the only carrier suppose to work with it, but they don't have a clue about this watch. fortunately my windows for returned passed. Now I am stocked with it without even using it.

Horrible...couldn't get it to work at first..not worth the hassle
