It was my understanding that haematite is not magnetic. I don't know therefore if this is real haematite. Mine is magnetic. I have loads of haematite and the real stuff is definitely not magnetic. They sent an extra one as a gift which was very kind of them. I ordered the wrong size though and they are too big so after waiting so long for them to arrive, they are no good to me anyway.
