Works just fine.

I bought it for my partner, it is too noisy, I buy different types of anti snoring stuff, something to put on the nose, it is effective, but I can not afford for the long term use,so bought this band, it works well and save my money.

Decreased my snoring
Bought this strap because I am a mouth breather and a loud snorer. Used to have a cpap but tonsils and uvula wasremoved. I was fixed until i stopped smoking and started to eat. Extra weight will make you snore and i am good at itsays my wife. I bought this strap on a whim. Ive wasted more money than 14.00.The first night my wife, who wore ear plugs to bed, could not believe it. I ordered 2 others and will probably getmore. I have no cpap. I still breath out of my mouth but my chin is kept up and not allowed to drop. A true believerhere. My wife no longer wears ear plugs and is getting the best sleep.
