*instructions here! Decent stand
Was difficult to figure out the assembly...but after comparing images from other listing I figured it out. These instructions were worthless... It doesn't have any helpful images....just closeups of holes lol....After writing negative review and printing return label I.noticed how a different one was assembled and it hit me!!! Wish I could explain it better...but..if you notice the holes aren't the same on both pieces .... I thought this was a mistake but I rotated The pieces and it lined up properlyI INSTRUCTIONS -+++uploaded pics to help you assemble if you haVE trouble like I did... Notice how one side is closer together legs.... Look at feet and see different hole spacing... This corresponds with the way the "X" pieces go together. Good luck!!

Great for the price
Was a little difficult putting it together to make sure things went at the right places cause it doesn't come with very much instructions. It is adjustable height which is nice and so does the bench too. Bench is comfy to sit on for a great amount of time as well. Piano fits on it well. very sturdy

Works Perfect!
I bought a 2nd tier kit from Guitar Center and it cost almost $50 after tax. Over $50 if you include gas and travel. Got it home and it didn't fit!!! Grrrr! Ordered this $17 cheapo 2nd tier kit and it fit perfect. Very sturdy. I have a Yamaha P-125 on the bottom and placed my $1500 Roland synth on this. I would have no fears of playing a live gig with this setup. Highly recommend, especially for under $20!!!Update: About a year later I ordered another one of these tiers to add a 3rd Tier to my rig. Same quality as the first one. The rubber ends the keyboard rets against have got a little too soft for my liking, but that was a very easy fix as I cannibalized another stand I had. But don't let that stop you. Even as a third tier the whole setup feels solid. I have seen and played much much worse. It is a great deal for less than half of what you are going to have to shell out at a music store. Very fast ship, good seller, highly recommend.

Nice Stand but VERY POOR Quality Control
First let me say I would rate this at least 4 stars and maybe 5 but give it a three due to the following experiences:The stand is sturdy, although I do get some movement (it is placed on carpeting) when playing my keyboards. The first stand I ordered came with lots of dents and scrapes but nothing that would effect structural integrity. I should note that the packaging had holes in it where something had punched through the cardboard. This contributed to some of the dents but not all. Due to the initial cost, I contacted the seller (this one did not come from Amazon) and they gave me a partial refund rather than return it. As my plans were to use this at home anyway, I was ok with that. I did purchase the optional 2nd tier for the stand and it worked well with my 28 pound 61 key keyboard.Feeling that with the price point of the product was very good, and with satisfaction of the stand at that cost, I ordered a second stand to use as a portable stand for when I take my 61 key synthesizer out. This stand came double packed from Amazon. The outside packing looked great. I opened the outside box and there was a hole in the middle of the inside box that contained the stand. Upon opening it, I noticed a few small dents but it was in better shape that the first stand. My plan was to switch stands and use the dented stand as the portable since it probably would get banged around a bit. In moving the rubber protective sleeve at the rear of the stand for mounting the second tier, I found that one of the ends was dented pretty badly. It was dented so bad as to prevent me from mounting the second tier without straightening the dent. I decided not to straighten this dent. Upon a closer examination I noticed more small dents in the tubing and determined that I would send it back. Had this specific dent not been present, I probably would have contacted Amazon for a price reduction due to damage of the product and kept the second stand also.In my opinion, both stands suffered from a lack of quality control in manufacturing as there was no indication from the packaging that would cause some of the dents. Had I not wanted to mount the 2nd tier, the worst dent would never had been seen as it was covered by the rubber sleeve that protects the keyboard bottom. I believe this dent was known at the time of manufacturing and used since it was hidden by the protective rubber sleeve. Other dents were caused by poor handling in a warehouse or shipping.I would probably try to order another identical stand but Amazon is out of them, so I think I am going to bite a bullet and order a heavier, more expensive stand from another manufacturer. Hopefully I won't see the same quality issues. I think I am probably done purchasing ChromaCast products.
