What I was looking for
Bought this to use my Seestar telescope in equatorial mode. Has a gully to lay flat over the quick release tab on my tripod locking plate. Works great and seems of decent quality.

The Little Adapter That Could
Perfect! Converted my table-top, camera tripod to a table-top mic stand. Just screwed the adapter on and screwed the mic holder to the adapter. Very inexpensive.

It fit my GorillaPod 3K
it fits my Joby GorillaPod 3K Kit perfectly. I use it with my SmallRig Tripod AP-02 Detachable Ball Head and it is like they were made for each other, this was my luckiest purchase, i thought it was not going to look or fit well enough.

Perfect to adapt a Hestia mount to a standard tripod
This saved us for the eclipse. We were able to purchase this and have it delivered 2 days before the eclipse. Without it we wouldn’t have been able to use our telescope for the event.

Great Quality
This is a very good quality tripod screw adapter. I used it to mount a tripod head onto my mini tripod, and it worked fine. I wish the 3/8" male screw on this adapter were just a little longer, but everything worked out fine.Overall, I think this screw adapter is much, much better than the cheap internal 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch Tripod Thread Adapter screws. I rate the Camvate Screw Adapter 5 Stars.
