I think people who give this product a bad review either doesn't know how to use it or some really fat person who thinks they will loose weight with this belt. Be smart ppl, this is simple to lose some inches and yes I mean inches, of your body. It works as an accelerant for my gym and diet.

reduce my stomach size
Product gives me a small painless bruise but as the bruise went away(on the side of my stomach) the area around seemed to be reduced as well. I will start working on the other side.
