I was pleasantly surprised at the good, solid weight and size of this pan. My cookies came out perfectly. Soft throughout and just slightly crispy on the bottom.

I like the weight of this bakeware. It tends to bake pretty evenly as well. I’m a fan.

The heavier steel help stop warping and the coating works well

I like that they are heavy cooking sheets. First time I washed them, there was rust. They also stain easily.
