The Lovetuner has helped me stay grounded in the last weeks. I originally made the mistake of buying a cheaper version first, and it didn’t have the same effect at all. This one is absolutely worth it. The sound is perfect, and the feeling it creates is calming. You can feel the difference with the Lovetuner versus the other, cheaper ones.

Great for giving me something to focus on when trying to calm myself. Haven't figured out why it's got a small chain attached to the larger chain but I am happy with my purchase.

I love this breathing necklace! I am already a meditator, and teach certain clients deep breath work (including how to make a ‘ssshhh’ sound to slow down the exhale.But this is wild… you can exhale for maybe 20 seconds, although I haven’t counted. I think the description or a reviewer said it sounded like a flute. I would say more a harmonica. Still really nice sound. The necklace itself is very sturdy, and doubt it would ever need replacement.So glad I got this one and not the cheap ones that don’t do much (like blowing through a straw). This absolutely slows down your exhale which is so important to calm the nervous system…. Don’t hesitate to purchase!

This is an interesting little meditation tool. I am a musician and play many wind and percussion instruments. This reminds me of a pitch pipe. Sounds like a harmonica tuned to the key of "C". I suppose you could actually use it for that, in fact, but I purchased it for a meditation mindfulness tool, as I am Autistic and tend to get easily triggered over life's stressors with sensory issues, and overwhelm from multiple demands at once. I will put this to the test and see how it works and provide an update in the future. Be forewarned, that depending on your breath, it can be quite loud when you blow into it. It comes in a nice presentation box with a cord and a little instruction manual, however, I do wish that for the price it would also contain a pouch, and some of the little bonuses other comparable products like this did which were half the price. It is quite expensive for what it is, but well made, and looks beautiful. I like it so far. And all 3 of my cats seem to respond to it like it's a cat caller, lol. 4 stars for beauty, durability and the value.

The tuner is not as easy to use as it sounds...It gets stuck in the plastic and it's hard to pull out and also the chain broke as well really quick.I don't recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to love this. My husband eagerly waited for me to blow into it for the first time. And as my lips wrapped around the silver tube and my lungs filled with bated breath to release through a beautifully constructed kazoo, the familiar tone of $5 harmonica wove it's way into our ears and the room filled with an outburst of not joy, not love, but roaring laughter from my husband.What a disappointment. I checked it with my tuner app on my phone and it's 524hz. So it doesn't even have that going for it.Does it slow my breath? Yes. Do it sound ridiculous? Also yes.For some reason, I don't want to return it. It is pretty and I love the concept and the housing. It's not worth the money but now that it's here, I guess I'll give this acousticdivergent baby a home.

At first I ordered the silver chain but even though it felt sturdy, I just know me and was not about to take a chance with such a wonderful piece/peace. It’s made beautifully, I know it’s pricey and that’s also why I had to return it for one with the black cord. Now, I can wear it daily and not worry if I’m going to accidentally rip it in a high stressful situation or when my nephew pulls on it! Having such a wonderful tool nearby on those stressful days or sunny days when you want to just hear...something bordering magic. I also started using it when I go hiking alone, I know it’s not as loud as a normal whistle and this isn’t what it was purchased for, but in an emergency, I’m pretty sure any such type of sound will be carrying through the canyons. I have wanted to wear it out on special nights so I string it onto a sterling silver chain I already have and it’s a quite the pleasant ice breaker! Have already turned two other friends on to it.
