Great for neutral pronators or supernators.
These are a neutral running shoe that offer just the right amount of cushion and support for either long runs (15-26m+), daily walks, or just being on your feet all day (great for nursing and veterinary professions). If your gait has been analysed as supernating, these are good for that too. The base under the toebox, and wide cushioning under the pinky-toe are perfect for offering that extra structure under the outside of the foot.My husband supernates, doesn'trun, spends a lot of time on his feet and HATES buying shoes. I am a runner and figured out these would work for him, and now he loves them. I just keep buying him the new version year after year now.I am a neutral runner and have used these for multiple run short distances (3-10m), and longer distances (15-20m+). They're perfect. Even when I was running a marathon in the pouring rain, I didn't get blisters from sopping wet socks and shoes.I have 4 pairs of these now, and I rotate through them so I never wear the same pair two days in a row, which extends the life of the cushion. These were even my shoe of choice when I went home (to England) this year, and spent a month touring the UK and France. I never had tired, achy, or blistered feet like many of my friends & family. They are fabulously comfortable, and I highly recommend them.

Great for Plantar Fascitis, Hard on Heels
After starting a walking program only to experience excruciating foot pain, I researched the proper footgear. These shoes came highly recommended by walking and running sites, alike. After only 2 or 3 days, the pain I'd previously experienced was gone. The shoes give a great deal of support while still allowing full range of motion. My feet felt comfy and snug while encased in the shoes. They did not feel hot, - my feet never sweat in these sneakers. I was very happy with them.Unfortunately, after about 3 weeks, I started to feel terrible pain in my right heel. Every additional walk, I noticed the pain getting worse. After researching, realized I needed to get some heel inserts. After 2 days with the heel inserts, my heel is starting to feel much better! The downside is that the shoe does not provide much level for the insert. My feet are popping out of the shoes. The upper back of the shoe is very hard, which causes additional pain as my feet are higher up, which causes them to rub against it.I feel like there is no right way for me to wear these sneakers anymore. Really wish there had at least been some kind of pad built into the shoe where the heels are. On the inside at the heel, the shoe is completely flat and hard. Just a small piece of memory foam to absorb heel impact would have been perfect there.I liked the shoes for when they fixed my foot problems but now they've caused others. Not happy with my purchase but for now, I will have to keep using them.

Love almost everything about my Ghosts
I have been running in Brooks Ghosts since they released the Ghost 6. They are so comfortable for me as a neutral runner. I am generally happy with the toe box although for some releases Brooks has changed the toe box a bit, so I do take a look at every release. I am also comfortable with the drop in this shoe. The one improvement I wish Brooks would make is having the tread last longer. I only get about 200 - 250 miles out of a pair before I have to retire them. Lastly, I rarely have problems with the laces coming untied. I see so many runners in races where the laces loosen and come undone. It is rare for me and a quick double knot for a race ensures they never, ever come untied. Brooks uses good laces. If I could give 4.5 stars I would, but I will settle for 4 stars with Amazon's rating system.I hope you find this helpful, if so please let me know!

Good shoe for long steady runs
I have been looking for a good marathon shoe for a while and read lots of reviews, I am in the military and run a lot. I normally wear ASICS but lately they have not been the same quality as before. These where consistently in the top shoe list so I decided to try them. They have great cushioning and energy return although they feel a little clunky on my feet I think it is worth it for the cushion they offer. They really help you fall into a rhythm which is good for a marathon pace but not for sprints and free running that I occassionally like to do. They are a great show for slow steady long runs. The laces are interesting in that they are elastic and stretch as your foot swells so that's nice. The internal liner is really smooth to prevent friction but I have sissy feet so I still get them but I probably would with any other shoe too. They have a really roomy toe box which I am not a huge fan of but I know a lot of people are. I got them in the black and they look great with my uniform.

Great Shoes!
Not a reviewer of anything, ever. I’m actually writing this review because I’m about to buy another pair, just in case they become unavailable. I am a new nurse, and I have had some issues with shoes I have bought being uncomfortable in different ways (squishes my toes together just enough to cause pain, not enough heel support, pushing on the top of my foot no matter how loosely they’re laced). 12+ hours on your feet can be pretty miserable when you’re in pain. I decided to drop the cash on a better pair of shoes in hopes of less pain throughout my shift. These are great! I have slightly wide feet so I got them in wide width. I was really concerned they would be too wide and look like clown shoes, they’re not. The width is great to reduce the squished together toe problem. Heels never hurt, even when working back to back days. No top of the foot pain, lots of room to work with. These shoes are great for any profession where you’re on your feet for all hours of the day.

fantastic quality
I have been running for the past couple of years and I have always bought Brooks shoes as they are very comfy. I have wide feet with relatively flat arch so brooks seems to be the only shoes I am comfortable with. I used to have Ghost 9 in size 4 but I figured that was a bit tight with ghost 11 so I bought the ghost 11 in size 4.5 and that is spot on. I like these better than ghost 9 and 10 and the glycerine. these are very light shoes and quite airy so you won't overheat easily.

quality shoes as expected from Brooks, ensure they suit running style before purchase
These are quality running shoes. Unfortunately when I ran a couple of miles in them, I discovered they did not suit my running style. I need something more cushioned and supportive; my dodgy left foot moves around in this shoe when I run. I recommend that if you are not certain which type of shoe would work for you, you look on the Brooks website where there is a shoe-finder questionnaire - really useful to work out what kind of running shoe you should be looking for, and why you need them. And you don't have to buy something from them after using the questionnaire!

Very Comfortable Shoe
These provide the support I need to run. I need a 6 these shoes which is a size larger than my normal shoe size and they fit perfectly.

Perfect fit/Super neutral running shoe
LOVE these shoes. I've been looking for the right shoe to help with a recent running injury, where I was using shoes that were too thin for running on track for 10-15K per day. Fit perfectly (I'm usually a 38 1/2) and didn't try them in store due to COVID. Really super neutral running shoe for those who want to rack up miles on the road training for marathons and for recovery runs.

5 stars!
So far so good. Love the cushioning and my Supinating feet barely roll outwards due to the neutral support. I think they are my Comrades Marathon shoes! Yay!
