Very good for health and a must go for all parents
We have been using this product for last 10 years starting for our daughter when she was born and continuing for our younger kid also. Very healthy. Also we have seen doctors also recommend stating that this is healthy

Its a Great alternative for a Oatmeal porridge but is NOT A HEALTH DRINK
Do not mistake it for a Health Drink like I did. This is NO SUBSTITUTE for a Horlicks, Boost or Complain. This is a healthy alternative for a Porridge. I made this mistake. Otherwise a good product.

Healthy product, fills tummy killing hunger. The fragrance is the plus point as it has a sweet cardamom fragrance which makes the taste tolerable even without adding sweetener/honey.

Need to improve
One may wonder why 3 star when flovor, value for money and scent given 5 star. I started using this for the past 5 years. I usually get the seeds packet and powder myself. Recently I started buying the powder but found fine stone powder. This may be because of not cleaning the base product before grinding. If they take care, this is the best drink to start the day.

It's Not a Health drink or substituteIt's porridge for all age used to be more rich before now more like Ragi porridge.Too Expensive
