Little bit of bitter taste. Protein degraded.RAW CAT FISH FLAVOR. BRINE TOO FAINTED. CANNED IN ENAMEL WITH MERCURIOUS CHLORIDE.Lastly I fried in soya oil to be ready. TASTE MARVELLOUS.

Canned Tuna light meat available in India is better in taste and price.

Buy it as Last resort when you can't get it locally
Everything was fine, except the taste, look and texture. It tasted more of tuna than salmon. I couldn't returned it after cooking it since its against Amazon policy.
