OMG! I can't believe that this awesome product is on Amazon! Where have I been!? The first time I tried this was in the mid 90's. I met Mr. Harley Goerlitz at a catering we had for a company I worked for at the time in Round Rock, Texas. He left us with boxes of his seasonings to try. Being from deep South Texas I was skeptical. At first I tried it when I cooked pinto beans, then tater salad, spaghetti then what the hell..put it on the brisket, chicken, then it became a household staple. Thanks Mr. Goerlitz for your tasty invention. I can see why you were the champ at your bbq cook offs!
