Richlin Gardens replaced my lost order with no questions asked and provided the replacement within a day or so. I was impressed with the packaging, as it included extensive padding and wrapping to protect the young plants. It was exactly the product I expected, and I am well pleased. I recommend them highly!

All 4 doing great after several months of having them
Beautiful. Bought several months ago and all 4 plants doing great!! Just waiting for them to bloom. Cant wait! Great purchase. Plants were repotted in a cactus/succulent soil blend.

Some of the leaves were broken, I'm giving a rest before reporting. We'll see. Iffy packaging for winter weather.

NICE, BUT VERY SLOW GROWING, BUT THAT'S CACTUS FOR YOU! WOULD HAVE DONE BETTER BUYING AT HOME DEPOT WHAT WITH SHIPPING AND ALL!

Smaller plants than expected and one is completely broken. Packaging could have been better. Poor overall experience.
