Delivered in time and is a genuine sky product and direct replacement for any damaged for lost remote, set up is simple.

This is expensive so far as remote controls are concerned but it is excellent, is easy to tune in to your tv and works very well.

Easy to set up if you use the speakers in the TV. More of a faff if you don’t. I have a separate AVR/speaker system and this is actually easy to set up with this remote control if you use the Sky settings and understand how these things work. The on-screen installation instructions fall short because all they offer is setting up TV speakers without offering the option to set up an AVR. No big deal (I’m an engineer) but non-technical people might fall foul of this. Also rather expensive for what it is but no real alternative available.

Works as it should. The voice command button is loose though.

This has a much better interface than V1 that was all about touch control. this works on buttons that are much more reliable. I think you can have touch as well, but why bother?

The delivery was fast and clean the item is just what I needed but the value for money was a little to high but I am happy with the control thank you.

Complete waste of money, over £50 and when you point control at tv it jumps all over the place and doesn’t go on what you want it to. So frustrating as it looks like a proper sky remote but it just doesn’t work properly
